Information We Collect

We collect anonymous usage data to understand how visitors interact with our site. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., via our contact form).

Analytics and Tracking Tools

We use the following third-party services to analyze site usage:

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) — manages the loading of analytics scripts on our site. GTM itself does not collect personal data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — collects anonymous data including page views, session duration, referral sources, approximate geographic location (country/city level), device type, and browser. GA4 uses first-party cookies to distinguish unique visitors. You can opt out via Google's browser add-on.
  • Microsoft Clarity — records anonymous session replays and heatmaps showing how visitors scroll, click, and navigate. Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
  • Meta Pixel — when you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel places a cookie on your browser and matches it to your Facebook or Instagram account (if you have one). This allows us to build an audience of site visitors and, in the future, show you targeted advertisements for our products on Facebook and Instagram. This is commonly called "retargeting." The pixel tracks page visits across sessions but does not collect your name, email, or other personal details from our site. You can opt out of Meta's ad targeting in your Facebook Ad Preferences. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel Analytics — collects anonymous performance and usage metrics. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies for analytics purposes. When you first visit our site, a consent banner will ask for your permission before analytics cookies are set. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.

The cookies we use include:

  • _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies used to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. Expire after 2 years.
  • _clck, _clsk — Microsoft Clarity cookies used for session tracking and heatmap recording. Expire after 1 year.
  • _fbp — Meta Pixel cookie used for audience building and ad targeting. Expires after 90 days.

External Links

Our site contains links to external websites where you can play solitaire games. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your data under the following legal bases per GDPR Article 6:

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — Analytics cookies (GA4, Clarity, Meta Pixel) are only set after you explicitly accept cookies via our consent banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies and declining on your next visit.
  • Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f)) — We use anonymous, non-cookie-based analytics (Vercel Analytics) to monitor site performance and security. This does not require consent as it involves no personal data.

Your Rights

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

  • Access any personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for cookie-based tracking at any time
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information beyond cookie-based analytics, exercising these rights primarily involves opting out of tracking via the cookie consent banner or your browser settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
